Doomsday automaton -

In 2000, Skinny Puppy was asked to do a special one-off performance for a large festival to be held in Dresden Germany called The Doomsday Festival. Mr. Kuntz was hired for effects and stage design for the show. One of the central pieces was a full-size pneumatic, computer controlled expressionistic Ogre/Pan figure that was designed with internal and external illusions. These photos are from the rehearsal venue without The Furnace apparatus. The Furnace had a decapitation restoration sequence in which the head appeared from under the furnace and shape shifted into three personalities.
